  9.           Avail - Report memory statistics.

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           Avail CHIP/s FAST/s TOTAL/s FLUSH/s
  13.  
  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Avail reports on the amount of memory available in the
  16.           system, its type, how much of each type is in use and is
  17.           free, and the largest single block of memory of each type.
  18.  
  19.           This command is useful with shell scripts to determine if
  20.           there is enough memory available to load a program, file or
  21.           graphic before you actually perform the load.
  22.  
  23.      OPTIONS
  24.           CHIP Reports the total amount of free chip memory
  25.  
  26.           FAST Reports the total amount of free fast memory
  27.  
  28.           TOTAL
  29.                Reports the total of all free memory, both fast and
  30.                chip.
  31.  
  32.           FLUSH
  33.                This option (not available with the Commodore Avail),
  34.                will force all unused devices, libraries and other
  35.                resources out of the system, which gives the most
  36.                accurate report of available memory.
